IEEE NOLA ExCom Meeting
The 2012 Region 5 Green Technologies Conference and Student Competitions is being held April 19-22 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. UNO will be represented by 15 students in the areas of robotics, ethics, and circuit design.UNO has placed in top three of most of these competitions in recent years. UNO won first place in robotics at last year's conference in Baton Rouge.
The annual IEEE joint section-branch meeting will be held April 15, 2012, beginning at 6PM in the Engineering Auditorium. All IEEE UNO student branch members are encouraged to attend. All student branch indivuduals attending the Region 5 conference are required to attend this meeting. Food will be provided.

Looking for an introduction to Matlab? Already have some foundational skills and looking to build on them? The IEEE UNO Student Branch sponsors Matlab Software Seminars each spring semester. There are two seminars offered: Matlab - Level I and Matlab - Level II. The cost of the seminars are $15 for non-IEEE members and $10 for IEEE members. Each seminar is separately priced.
