Each March the IEEE New Orleans Prefessional Section and UNO Student Branch host a joint dinner meeting. This meeting provides the opportunity for student members, especially robotics team members and those competing in any type of essay/paper competition at the Region 5 Conference to present and demonstrate the progress made throughout the semester on these student projects. This year's meeting will be held in the UNO Engineering Auditorium Rm 101, March 21, 2013 beginning at 7pm. We encourage all to attend.
Email is the most common form of communication used between the IEEE UNO Student Branch and it's members. Keeping your contact information up-to-date is imperative to ensuring receipt of branch correspondences announcing meetings and other events. Verification of membership and contact details are provided to the student branch through a centralized system maintained by IEEE Headquarters. Your contact information in this system is directly related to the information you provide in your online profile that can be accessed at www.ieee.org. We encourage all members to access their profile and verify the accuracy of the information on file.
