Industry Relations

A recent goal of the UNO IEEE Student Branch is to better unite indutry awareness with academic preparedness. It is quite common that students entering an electrical engineering program have little knowledge of the vast array of possibilities that their degree holds in the real world. What kind of job can I get as a computer engineer? Are there local companies I might consider applying to after graduation? Will I enjoy what I do? With an ever-changing economic horizon, it is important to know what one's specific interests and opportunities are as graduation draws near.
